One of the most frequently asked questions is, "Why can't I seem to move on to the next step in the course?"

The answer, in most cases, is that a student has failed to click the green Complete and Continue button at the top of a previous step. To correct this oversight, scroll back up the curriculum list on the left until you see a step without a check mark; click on that step and then on the Complete and Continue button. You should then be able to proceed.
