CERTIFIED RELATIONAL WISDOM MILITARY INSTRUCTOR™
FUNDING: RW360 live 3-day training is approved under the U.S. Army’s Building Strong and Ready Teams Program and USAF Strong Bonds.
PURPOSE: A Certified RW Military Instructor is equipped to teach the concepts of Relational Wisdom (RW) and Relational Peacemaking (RP) using RW360’s Group Study Sets, study guides and discussion questions contextualized for a military setting. This license does not extend beyond their professional constituency. They may not charge for their services. They MAY charge for materials.
A certified RW Military Instructor may complete additional training requirements to become an Advanced RW Instructor. This would license the instructor to use RW360’s PowerPoint slides AND charge for their services outside of their military context. - Habits of a Peacemaker (Collis) or The Peacemaker (Sande) and write a 1000+ word summary.
- Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (Bradberry and Greaves) and write a 1,000+ word summary.
- 7 Laws of Teaching (Gregory) or Teaching to Change Lives (Hendricks) and write a 500+ word summary.
- Read EI in the Military-Deploying Our Most Powerful Weapon, Fifteen Ways that RW Builds Readiness, RW Strengthens Both Families and Businesses and RW for Military Chaplains. Submit a document with your three most pertinent takeaways from each article.
- Complete Exploring Relational Wisdom or Discovering Relational Wisdom online, or in an interactive cohort or live training event.
- Complete Turning Conflict Into Opportunity or Relational Peacemaking online, online, or in an interactive cohort or live training event.

Your Instructor
Ken Sande is the founder of Peacemaker Ministries and RW360. Trained as an engineer, lawyer and mediator, Ken has conciliated hundreds of family, business, church and legal conflicts. He is the author of numerous articles and books, including The Peacemaker, which has sold over 500,000 copies in twenty languages. He teaches internationally on biblical peacemaking, Christian conciliation and relational wisdom, which is an enhanced form of emotional intelligence that helps people “get upstream of conflict” by improving their ability to read and manage emotions in themselves and others. These resources are being used to strengthen relationships, promote teamwork and reduce and resolve conflict in churches, families, businesses, schools and military bases around the world. Ken is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Instructor and a Certified Relational Wisdom Conciliator, Coach and Instructor. He has served as a church elder, an Editorial Advisor for Christianity Today, Certified Professional Engineer and as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Montana Bar Association.
